A BILL to amend article three, chapter seventeen-c of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section
ten, relating to designating school crossing signs by the
color lime green.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That article three, chapter seventeen-c of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be
amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section ten, to
read as follows:
ARTICLE 3. TRAFFIC SIGNS, SIGNALS AND MARKINGS.
§17C-3-10. School Crossing Signs.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, a school
crossing sign shall be designated by the color lime green.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to designate school
crossing signs by the color lime green.
